At Hot Lips Lures we strive to ensure you are happy and fully stand by all of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please send us an email and we will make sure to make it right through either replacement of our products or a refund of your money.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, however, if there is a delay or a custom order we will reach out and let you know the expected time frame for you to receive your order.
